Though the Bee Gees, also known as The Brothers Gibb, began performing as a group in 1957, their first studio album was not recorded until 1965. The brothers released numerous double-sided singles from 1963 to 1965. More than 50 CDs exist in the extended Bee Gees catalogue, including collections and imports. The band released a new studio effort in 2001.
