Rock 2002 CD Studio and Live LOZA Records Mic001 Rónan Ó Snodaigh, Simon Good, Gemma Hayes, Glen Hansard, David & Karl Odlum, Lisa Hannigan and Colm Mac ná Iomaire Skylarkin was released on November 29 2002, exactly a year after Mic's untimely death. A special concert was held in Dublin's Vicar Street to launch the album. A gathering of Ireland's finest musicians including The Mary Janes, The Frames, Kila, Paddy Casey, Damien Rice, Mundy and Gemma Hayes played to commemorate the life and music of Mic Christopher. On March 3 2003 Skylarkin won Best Album at the Irish Music Awards.
