      <title>'Imagination Rock': A new genre, perhaps?</title>
      <rating>****</rating>
<body>From the outset, the &quot;Fear of Music&quot; EP oozes connection to the inner psychic imagination. On the four-odd-minute intro track, &quot;A Strange Kind of Terror&quot;, possibly somewhere deeper. Maybe this connection matches the ones made by Muse, but whether this is intentional, only Joe will know. Joe Rose has certainly demonstrated a unique voice, reaching highs and lows many of his contemporaries can only daydream about. A very promising EP from the Mancunian teenagers, and based on the quality of these heavy-rock songs, it seems the good things are only just emerging.</body>
