      <body>So soon after the demise of the Smiths, Morrisey offers up his first gem of what will grow into an underated career which was much maligned for his ambiguous sexuality. He will always be critically acclaimed as this album demonstrates, but his popularity will soar and wane quickly among the public. However, those devoted to the Smiths have flocked to buy Viva Hate.</body>
