Sylvain Sylvain is a guitarist for the legendary early seventies rock group the New York Dolls. Sylvain or Syl as he is called by his cronies wrote such hard rock gems with the Dolls such as "Trash" and "Puss n Boots." Syl and lead singer David Johansen recently reformed the New York Dolls. Syl also plays with the She-Wolves featuring the talented hard hitting Tony Mann on drums. Syl occasionally plays with legendary punk rocker Jayne County. It's hard to deny the influence the New York Dolls had on modern day rock,glam and punk music. Michael Quinn Quinn
