O.A.R with Howie Day and Matt Nathanson Holmdel, NJ PNC Bank Arts Center 2006.08.07 While still a relatively unknown band, O.A.R. managed to totally won over the crowd in Philly. The reaction far surpassed that recieved by the main act N.E.R.D and even rivaled that of The Roots a band who originated in Philly. While I had previously heard the band's songs the live performance truly showcased their talents. Even many of the primarily hip hop fans were on their feet during most if not all of OAR's set. I would dare say it was one of the best live performances I've seen this year. Phillip Smith
