Eric Griffiths was a guitarist in John Lennon's high school band The Quarrymen, which evolved into The Beatles. <BR><BR> In recent years, members of The original Quarrymen had reunited and continued to play around England. <BR><BR> Griffiths died January 9, 2005 of cancer at the age of 64.
