***** If you think you know music, you don't until you've listened to tool. in a catagory all their own, tool is inventive, unique, hardcore and way ahead of all the rest. Every album released has increased in complexity, yet each song, every note, each lyric is matched to the exacting standards of geniuses or diabolical madmen using music as puppet strings. The videos released thus far have been true cinematic art with their ground breaking animation and visual messages that are unseen by novice Tool fans. Until you understand what they are trying to do with their music, their music videos will be "trippy" and their music classified as "Metal".
