      <description>The Band Room Masters Invitational Piping Competition took place in The National Piping Centre in August 2004, as part of the Glasgow International Festival of Piping (known as Piping Hot). &lt;p&gt;It featured eight international top class players - Gordon Walker, Chris Armstrong, Jori Chisholm, Jack Lee, Angus MacColl, Willie McCallum, Iain Spiers and Bruce Gandy. &lt;p&gt;The event was organised by The Band Room in conjunction with The National Piping Centre. &lt;p&gt;The recording contains the performances from all eight competitors in the March, Strathpey and Reel competition.</description>
