American Idiot
A ambitious concept album based around the themes of individuality and rebellion admidst the occasional dip into contempary politics.
The album tells the story of a troubled teenager (Jimmy) struggling for identity in the midst of an uncaring world. It is believed that this is very loosely based on the experiences of lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong.
