Adding a personal touch is a newly commissioned liner notes essay written by Rolling Stone contributing editor David Wild, who also serves as a producer for VH1's "Behind the Music" and the host of Bravo's "Musicians" series. Wild has penned liner notes for several Legacy titles, including collections on Journey, Kansas, Neil Diamond, and (also issued this month) Heart.
Among the other producers credited throughout THE ESSENTIAL KENNY LOGGINS are Messina, Phil Ramone, Bob James, Tom Dowd, Bruce Botnick, Giorgio Moroder, Ambrosia's David Pack, and Peter Asher.
