Intended to promote Bill Monroe's newly opened Bluegrass Hall of Fame and Museum, this 1985 release featured fellow bluegrass stars who were inductees to the hall. It is currently out of print.

Nine of the ten tracks feature guest artists, including a number of solo performers as well as members of the Country Gentlemen and the Seldom Scene. The last track is by Bill and the Blue Grass Boys (Wayne Lewis, Glen Duncan, Blake Williams and Tater Tate) alone.
