Psychedelic British rock band, weird and wired. <P> We have 4 members who are as follows:- Chrissy (The mad scientist) Lead/Bass guitar’s. CJ (The Biker-chick, mechanic) Bass guitar / vocals Tai (The psych. nurse) Keyboard, Thumper (The computer geek) Percussion. <P> Based in Bristol, working out of our own studio, producing a new sound mix of rock and psychedelia. <P> Influenced by today’s mix of gay culture and clubs. Music influences are from Placebo and Pink Floyd, through Metal, into Techno and House. I think it would be hard to define our music as one particular genre, although we do prefer the long instrumental trips, laid back and relaxed. <P> Oestrogenix came from our original band members of ‘Oestrogen’, named as such because the 3 original members were female. Oestrogenix came about 1st as a name for our Website, it’s just that we all preferred it as a name so the band became Oestrogenix. Tai joined somewhere in between and it was agreed he had too much oestrogen in him for an average guy, so we became the 4 members of Oestrogenix. CJ ~ Oestrogenix Oestrogenix
