Decade of World Champions 1990-1999
While the two CDs in this release do contain the "best of the best" in terms of pipe band competition playing, I feel that these CDs are best suited to the serious pipe band competitor and not the casual pipe band listener.
The number of tune repetitions and lack of variety make it very easy to ignore this CD when selecting pipe band CDs for casual listening.
For the serious pipe band competitor, I would give this release a 5 star rating, but for the casual listener I would only give this release a 3 star rating. So I will split the difference.
