• Berkeley Youth Orchestra - [California] It is a group of musicians between the ages of ten and fifteen. The ensemble of nearly sixty players from all over the bay area rehearses on saturday mornings during the academic year.

• Garden State Pops Youth Orchestra - [New Jersey] Started in June, 1994, it provides students with symphonic literature that is normally not performed by a major symphony orchestra. The repertoire includes movie scores, Broadway scores, and popular music in a symphonic setting. Located in Glendora.
• Golden Gate Philharmonic - [San Francisco] It is a youth orchestra for young prople K-12.
• Greater Atlanta Center for Fine Arts - Includes The Gwinnett Orchestra and the Gwinnett Youth Orchestra. Providing education and music outreach for North Atlanta.
• Greater Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra - [Massachusetts] GBYSO was founded in 1958 by Boston University and members of the musical community in Massachusetts, and continues in residence at the School for the Arts at Boston University.
• Greater Buffalo Youth Orchestra - [New York] A regional youth orchestra composed of middle and high school aged auditioned musicians (GBYO) and a string orchestra (GBYSO) for younger musicians.
