The Lords and The New Creatures (Book/Poetry)

Jim Morrison's first volumes of poetry (and his only ones published alive) shows a man who wants out with music and in with writing. Life with "The Doors" was ending and Jim Morrison was moving closer to his music. So, here's my thoughts on Jim Morrison's masterpiece. Organization: I would like to start of with organization. Jim Morrison seems to (in the Volume "The Lords: Notes On Vision") move from the ancient world and the undescribable past to the known present of cinema and theater. Then, in the second Volume: "The New Creatures" Jim seems to step into his knowings of Shamanism and Indians. He talks about the unknown also. Organization: Great. Author's Care: Author's Care, as I call it, mean 'how did the author feel when writing the book?' Did he care what we thought? Did he hate writing it? What? Well, some say Jim was most likely stoned and drunk... Maybe true, but I don't really think he cared what people think, as he really didn't care... He just love writing. Author's Care: Great. Poetry: Finally, the Poetry... Basically, the book itself. Well, Jim Morrison's poetry is truly inspirational as he describes his thoughts on life and death and so on. He really seems to add his extra knowings or ideas into thought or fact as everything here is beautifully done. Poetry: Great. Book: I love the book! That's why I give it Five Stars! Yay!
