R.E.M.’s second release—after the 1981 single “Radio Free Europe”. Produced by Mitch Easter and released on I.R.S. Records in August, 1982. The first Compact Disc to carry it was the "I.R.S. Years" re-release of Dead Letter Office from 1989.
