25 Country Music Greats
The interesting thing about this Starday-licensed album was that it promised a lot of songs (25 songs, with 5 bonus songs!, on a single LP), and it delivered. Well, sort of. The songs were jammed onto three bands of three-to-five songs each, per side, which limited the sound quality to less than stellar, and often the length of the songs was edited, resulting in abrupt fades.
Folsom Prison Blues is the Sun label version with an added vocal group.
Side 2, Band 1 contains the "bonus" tracks with the artists uncredited. The artists listed are best guesses at this point.
