Profile
Sounddude™ (aka Rob) is a published writer, reviewer, editor who got his start publishing a neighborhood newspaper when he was in junior high school. He went on to work as an editor, writer and photographer for his high school and college newspapers and college yearbook.
After graduating, Rob entered into the Christian broadcasting industry and promptly helped turn it on it's ear, becoming an early pioneer in the Christian Rock radio field. He then moved on to become a touring musician with CCM artists including Phil Driscoll, Janny Grein, Mike Deasy, Scott Roley, Bruce Hibbard and many others.
Rob was the owner of a sound recording company and worked as a sound recordist in the film and television industry and works regularly for clients like 60 Minutes, Dateline, 48 Hours, Today Show, ET, COPS, America's Most Wanted, NFL Films, National Georgraphic Explorer, etc. He was the sound recordist for the hit independent movies Facing The Giants, Fireproof, and Courageous.
He is a regular contributor to the Internet Movie Database and TV.com.
